CAREER OPPORTUNITY IN INSIDE SALES FULL-TIME/PERMANENT Inside sales position with established locally owned business. At least 2 years consecutive experience required in business-to-business sales. High school diploma (or equivalent GED) required, prefer at least an Associate's degree in Marketing or related field. General, basic computer skills required (i.e. Microsoft Office, etc.). Outgoing personality and persistent work ethic a MUST. ABSOLUTELY MUST have professional, intelligible telephone voice and genuinely friendly demeanor. Job consists of business to business telephone sales and marketing, with some in-person customer service on the showroom floor for walk-in customers when necessary. Responsible for cultivating existing customer accounts as well as generating new accounts. Position is hourly wage plus commission, which is based on type of product and volume of product sold. Beginning hourly wage $8-10 plus commission. Must be motivated and able to work productively under minimal supervision, and will report daily to manager and weekly to store owner in sales meetings.
