Base is paid plus a very competitive performance bonus quarterly with benefits that should easily begin at around $200K/year and could possibly exceed this by a substantial amount. This is a fee for service payment structured area. If physician works out, after three years, is the opportunity to buy in as partner/owner. Physician must be able to work in an organized structure, open learn the business of medicine. No hospital call anticipated.
